TERMS & CONDITIONS
RENTAL TERMS
- Operators must be 18 years old with a valid, unsuspended driver's license.
- Groups of operators under 25 years old MUST be accompanied by a guide (guide rates apply).
- Major credit card is required.
- All operators and riders must sign a waiver of liability prior to the rental period.
- All damages due to accident, theft, towing, vandalism etc. during the rental period are the responsibility of the operator. Your credit card will be charged for any damages. Insurance is not available through Rasmussen Snowmobile Rentals, however some homeowner's insurance policies can provide coverage for rental machines. Please contact your agent directly.
- All damages must be called in to Rasmussen Snowmobile Rentals immediately - 315-837-4257.
- Alcoholic beverages or other mind-altering drugs, including prescription drugs, are strictly prohibited before and during your rental period.
- Rasmussen Snowmobile Rentals reserves the right to deny rental to any individual who may present a danger to themselves or others while operating a snowmobile.
- Operators and riders are responsible to wear appropriate safety equipment while operating the snowmobile.
- Cancellations due to unsafe or inadequate trail conditions are solely at the judgment of Rasmussen Snowmobile Rentals.
- Overnight rental is only available with a two-day rental. All rental machines must be returned by 5 pm.
CANCELLATION TERMS
- 15 days prior to the scheduled rental period - you are entitled to a full refund, less a 10% processing fee.
- 7 and 14 days prior to the scheduled rental period - you are eligible for the same refund ONLY IF WE ARE ABLE TO FILL THE RESERVATION. If not, the deposit is not refunded.
- Less than 7 days from the scheduled rental period - you forfeit any refund.
- If you fail to show, your credit card will be charged the full price for each snowmobile reserved!
